Combo Timer will be applied in all Game Modes, so be sure to turn it off if you want to play a mode that always uses the timer in a meaningful manner. Meant to be used for 1v1s or regular training, with the logic that in a 1v1 match, it is impossible for both player's consecutive hit counter to be greater than 0 at the same time. If the match being played includes a timer, it will be changed into the "Consecutive Hit Counter" used in Training Mode.

You could even get crazy with it and set a Blue Team P2 Actionspam with Falco lasers firing at a Read Team P3 Fox who is holding down shine and powershield the lasers that are reflected by Fox while practicing your own SHL's. It's easy to set up, and unlike the P2 Actionspam code for D-Pad commands, this is a little more random.
I feel like this is a pretty good routine for spacies since you can work on you SH(D)L game and powershields at the same time. It's best to still suffer the hitstun if you miss. Just having some fun with the 20XX hack pack, showing off some TAS 20XX frame by frame editing skills I don't know why the CPU changed into a human the second stock.

It was caused by the update to the X+A 20XX Reset code walking through and resetting character costume filenames, and forgetting to add a check to not do this for Game and Watch. It’s a 3ds hack rom and based on pokemon ultra sun Melees 20xx hack pack which is designed to improve competitive players ability to practice and grind.
